About
In 2026, T&W Garage underwent an exciting transition and is now under the ownership of Nick and Caitlyn Brown. With 10 years invested in the company, deep family roots in the automotive industry and a passion for their hometown, the Browns’ vision for T&W Garage is founded on “Honest Service & Quality Repairs”.
Nick and Caitlyn take pride in giving back to their community and serving the Central Maine area. They will carry on the company’s family-owned history while continuing to make improvements for the future. With their young sons growing up around the automotive industry, the Browns are grateful to be building a legacy of hard work and compassion, nestled right in their hometown of Newport.
T&W was incorporated in 1958, initially operating as a trucking and earthing company. In the late 1960’s the company purchased land on Elm Street in Newport and built a garage. Over time, the garage transitioned from maintaining in-house company trucks, to becoming the “go to” place for truck repairs. T&W Garage has been servicing the public’s automotive repair needs since 1971.
Over the decades, this family business has carried on from one generation to another. With dedicated staff members and hard work, T&W Garage remains committed to providing the same great service that our customers expect and deserve.
We look forward to serving our community for generations to come!
